- AmByth Estate is a certified Biodynamic/Organic vineyard located in Paso Robles, California. Our vineyards are dry-farmed and head-trained, hence reducing our dependency on irrigation and lending to the terrior present in our wine. Our vineyards are dedicated to Rhone varietals: Marsanne, Roussanne, Viognier, Grenache Blanc, Syrah, Mourvedre, Grenache, and Counoise. We also have an acre each of Tempranillo and Sangiovese. Interspersed throughout our 22 acre vineyards are over 600 olive trees, all of Spanish varietals. We produce natural wines and extra virgin olive oil.
